How long have you been in business?
Rick Mann, MAS started Lasting Image in 1990.
What is your primary product or service?
Promotional Products represents about 35% of our business and Apparel is 65%. We specialize in Company Stores, Incentive Programs as well as Creative Ideas to help Companies meet or beat their goals and objectives.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been in sales of some sort, even as a kid selling door to door. I found this induistry to be much more than than selling. I was able to tap into the creativity and provide ideas that helped clients move their projects forward in a unique way. It has been very full filling.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We train our entire staff (20 team members), to understand the value of a client. Our tag line is not just a motto we use, it is the values we proudly beleive in. Our service philosphy is "Whatever it takes.". The client always comes first and always will. There are so many things that differenciate us, however the fact that we truely care about clients from our hearts is the number one differenciator.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have grown from a family room in our home, to our current facilting in Sinking Spring. Our growth has taken more ad more of the space (less leasing to others). Last year we placed an addition on which added 50% more space, rennovated the rest of the office, added a 5,000 square foot warehouse and are currently looking into the purchase of another company in an adjoining County, which will add 25% growth to us.

Linda Mann, CAS is our CEO and handles all the day to day office operations. Rick Mann, MAS is our President and handles all the sales and fulfillment portions.
What are your hours of operation?
Our advertised times are Monday through Friday from 8:30-5. However you will normally find someone here much earlier and much later.
